FFL Dealer Profile

This is a required form for all Patriot Ordnance Factory (POF-USA) dealers and is all-inclusive to dealer level pricing on all available products. This form typically takes 5-10 minutes to complete. Please have a copy of your FFL ready. You may also fill out as much as you can, and “Save & Continue” the form later by entering an email address on the confirmation page (or just bookmarking a special link).
