Introducing the all new muzzle brake that is sold on our new Revolution .308. To take control of our AR15 sized .308, we had to engineer a new, more effective, muzzle break. The outcome was an aggressive oversized muzzle break that harnesses the energy from the muzzle blast and directs the muzzle down and forward. This combination drastically reduces muzzle rise and felt recoil. The muzzle brake still complies with 3 Gun Nation Practical Rifle rules of “not larger than one (1”) inch in diameter and three (3”) inches in length, measured from the barrel muzzle to the end of the compensator.” This will work for .308/7.62×51.
This brake came standard on my Revolution rifle and it really tames the felt recoil of the 308 Win. As with any brake the recoil is reduced but the muzzle blast seems to be increased from the shooter’s perspective. This break makes my 308 feel like shooting a 223. I had to replace this one with a brake that will mount my suppresser and I can tell a difference. The brake for the suppresser doesn’t tame the recoil as well without the suppresser attached.
