P415 Piston Bolt Carrier Assembly

Our 1-piece billet machined P415 piston bolt carrier assembly is custom manufactured with the mechanical key built in and positioned behind the cam pin. As a result, this prevents carrier tilt and eliminates the possibility of the key becoming misaligned. All gas piston carriers feature nickel plated bolts, extractors, and chrome firing pins. In addition, all piston carriers come standard with POF-USA's Roller Cam Pin.

Features:

• Fully assembled Bolt Carrier Group; including the bolt, bolt carrier, firing pin, roller cam pin, and firing pin retaining pin
• Every Bolt is Magnetic Particle Inspected (MPI)
• The Bolt is machined from 9310 steel
• Following machining, the Bolt is heat treated and shot peened
• Installed extractor includes black O-ring with spring
• 1-piece Bolt Carrier is machined from 8620 steel and hardened
